Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Consult our team to ensure a smooth migration.
How are tokens calculated?
Tokens are calculated based on the text input and output. A token is roughly equivalent to 4 characters or about 3/4 of a word in English. Each model may have slightly different token calculations, but we provide a consistent estimate across our platform.
Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds strictly at management discretion.
What is the difference between the Business, Corporate, and Enterprise plans?
- Business Plan ($1,000/month): Designed for teams needing 4 workflow types, 8 personas, 3 per workflow, access to 8 LLMs, base hardware, up to 10 hrs advisory p.a., and includes 24-hour email support.
- Corporate Plan ($10,000/month): Advanced solutions for large organizations with all workflow types, all personas, 3 personas per workflow, access to 8+ LLMs, advanced hardware, up to 100 hrs advisory p.a. and support team.
- Enterprise Plan ($100,000/month): Offers fully customized solutions with all workflows, all personas, all offered LLM's, early R&D access, performance hardware, up to 1,000 hrs advisory p.a., dedicated support and a compliance audit.
Can I change the LLMs I'm using?
Yes! Depending on your plan, you can select from different LLMs automatically offered or bespoke models. Business plans allow selection from 8 LLMs, Corporate plans have access to all LLMs, and Enterprise plans offer full customization.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and for Enterprise plans, we offer custom invoicing and payment arrangements.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! We offer a 20% discount for annual billing across all our plans. When you choose annual billing, you'll automatically receive this significant cost saving compared to monthly billing.
