By accessing or using POCR AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

POCR AI provides a platform that combines multiple AI models with different expert personas through various workflow methods to process user prompts and generate outputs.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify POCR Ltd of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service. You grant POCR Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Generate harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to bypass usage limitations

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

POCR Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. TERMINATION

POCR Ltd may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
